Design:
We offer rapid optimized custom design solutions using CFD parametric software programs and pro /E. In addition we'll help you determine the most cost effective manufacturing process for your application.
Prototyping:
Prior to production, Cooling Source provides speedy prototype turn-around, so you can validate the performance of your design.
Production:
As you enter full production, our manufacturing facility, located in Shenzhen, China is certified ISO 9001:2000, an internationally recognized standard of quality. Cooling Source continues to strive for excellence ensuring you the highest quality, RoHS compliant products and on-time delivery.
Inspection:
Each heat sink will go through a systematic inspection process to confirm form, fit and function. Parts will be deburred and carefully packaged.
